Renovation, Reuse and Landscape Design of the refugee housing complex at Alexandras Avenue, in Athens

Anaplasi Consulting Engineers S.A. submitted reports for the project “Renovation, Reuse and Landscape Design of the refugee housing complex at Alexandra’s Avenue, in Athens”. The contract includes architectural, landscape, geotechnical, structural adequacy check and MEP consulting services.

One of the main interventions in order to improve the refugee housing complex is the design of an underground parking.

The entrance for the parking area will be via Koronia’s Str., where the road surface is more suitable. The parking development consists of 3 levels Y1,Y2&Y3). In total the area has a capacity of 181 parking spaces, 7 from those are meant for people with disabilities, covering the required 2% of the spaces. Specifically :

Y1 : 18 parking spaces, 2 of which for people with disabilities

Y2 : 68 parking spaces, 3 of which for people with disabilities

Y3 : 95 parking spaces, 2 of which for people with disabilities
